Number of Members & Term of Office: Nine members serving three-year terms, except the first members will serve staggered terms of one, two, and three years. Do members serve until a replacement is appointed? No. Quorum Requirement: Simple majority of the members in office at the time. Meetings Held: The fourth Thursday of each month at noon in City Hall Room 103. Bylaws: None.
