
| The Police-Fire Pension Board was established and operates under the provisions of Public Act 345 of 1937 as amended, Act 314 of 1965 as amended and Act 55 of 1982. The board is responsible for the operation of the Police-Fire Pension System including investments and decisions on membership. The board meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at 8:30 am in the City Hall, Room 103 and has five members of which two serve four year terms, two serve three year terms, and one is appointed indefinitely by virtue of position of employment. |
